Just say "it's lupus" with an air of confidence. Even what you prescribe doesn't matter. If they croak, hey, it's the pharma companies problem, and they can chalk it up to a rare adverse drug reaction. Oh, are you guys trying to be *ethical* doctors. Hmm. Okay. Yeah... I'm going to go ahead and leave now... Who says you actually have to diagnose a patient properly. Just say “it’s lupus” with an air of confidence. Even what you prescribe doesn’t matter.
