Then he literally yanked out his NG tube causing the poor guy even more pain. Funny thing is, that same surgery attending trashed me in the eval for having "poor communication skills". I had a surgery attending who yelled at a patient for him being admitted: “I know you’re in pain, you don’t have to go to the hospital!” like it was the patient’s decision to be admitted. I wish they'd just fire his ass and blacklist him from practicing anywhere in the country. This comes after him being a) banned from practicing at my medical school's VA hospital due to mistreatment of staff, and b) forced to attend an anger management rehab session due to his actions in the OR.
