They have the lowest complication rates and do a great job. None of their surgeons are fully qualified by American standards, though, which begs the question--is all this medical school really necessary? Slogging through biochem, immuno, putting up with shit on rotations--to do what you want to do, the process isn't really necessary. Just learn the repetitions.
