Page Rank is highly overrated and doesn't correlate with traffic, so I wouldn't worry about it. One thing I would recommend is to take your domain (halfmd.com) and set up your own site with a hosting provider instead of the redirect to the WordPress-hosted blog (halfmd.wordpress.com). Once you do that, you can do a permanent 301 redirect from halfmd.wordpress.com to halfmd.com and not lose out on any link juice. Thanks Half.

I also see that you have a Google pagerank of 5, higher than most other medical websites. For some reason, my blog used to have a pagerank of 4, but for some reason has been given a zero.
